Western Wisconsin Health is seeking a full-time Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacist (.8 FTE) to join our team. Under the direction of the Pharmacy Director, implements and oversees all pharmacy services within Western Wisconsin Health. The MTM Pharmacist ensures proper pharmaceutical care and positive patient outcomes in the hospital and clinic setting. Maintains an environment of collaboration and cooperation with all departments and with other colleagues. All of this is done to support the organization’s mission while living our values.
