Provides support by being a single point of contact, improving usage of computers, resolving problems, maintaining accountability and communication. Position will actively resolve escalated customer support requests within established SLAs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Good computer knowledge necessary in order to build/troubleshoot computer systems.
2. Skill in using various software diagnostic and related hand tools used in the evaluation of computer and network related problem solving.
3. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to effectively interact with administration, faculty, staff, and outside contacts.
4. Skilled in using and troubleshooting Microsoft and Apple based operating systems and applications.
5. Great time management and organizational skills.
6. Experience working with ticket tracking systems.
7. Database management and report development skills.
8. Perform duties in an accurate and timely manner with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications
Any combination, training or experience equivalent to an Associate of Arts degree in a Science subject or closely related field that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

This position is primarily onsite in Pomona, CA. Work hours will typically be an 8-hour shift within the hours of 7:30AM and 5:30PM, Monday-Friday. Occasionally, after hours work may be required, including nights and weekends. Occasional remote work may be available or required.
