Western Technologies is looking for a motivated individual to fill an open full-time Dispatch /Administrative position for our Materials Testing Department in our Scottsdale office.

Job Duties:

· Coordinate, schedule and dispatch Technicians to perform testing and inspecting soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, reinforcing steel, etc. throughout the Phoenix, AZ area.

· Assisting project management

· Coordinating department resources

· Customer interaction

· Other administrative functions as needed

· The successful candidate will be encouraged to expand their skills through company provided training and mentoring.

Requirements:

· Previous administrative experience required

· This is a fast-paced position which requires multitasking, use of phone, email and text communication with client representative, contractors, project managers and technicians and other as applicable regarding the services to be provided.

· Strong organization and planning skills

· Professional attitude

· Capable of working independently

· Excellent oral and writing skills

· Proficient with Excel, Outlook, MS Word, Office, Google Maps

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Ability to pass a drug screen

Preferred

· Previous Construction Industry Experience

· Previous dispatch experience

· Previous administrative experience required
