We are looking for a self-motivated and positive individual for our Erlanger, KY facility just minutes from Cincinnati, OH! An Adjuster-Operator/Packer sets up the window and printer units, then runs and packs the envelopes.

In addition to the ability to earn 80 hours of paid vacation in your first year, there is a SIGN-ON BONUS of up to $1,000, first raise at 30 days then raises every 90 days after that until top rate is reached. We offer COMPREHENSIVE BENEFITS, 401k COMPANY MATCH, and 9 PAID HOLIDAYS. Starting rate $17-19/hr and top rate is $21.50 .75 shift premium. Also, we work 4 10-hour days so when not working overtime you get 3-day weekends! Even when overtime is necessary you still have the weekends off. Training may take place on 1st shift (6:00am – 4:30pm) but we try to train on hire shift when possible.
2nd Shift: Tues-Fri 4:30pm – 3:00am
WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

• Examines work order to determine specifications and sample verification.
• Sets up machine per sample and order jacket specifications.
• Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines.
• Keeps up with machine speed and maintains accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids.
• Troubleshoots minor operating difficulties in regards to the window and printer units, making necessary adjustments.
• Checks order throughout course of production to ensure accurate labeling, printing, and packaging of product.
• Assists in removing paper jams and preventative maintenance when scheduled.
• Machine wash-ups and other cleaning duties.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Manual dexterity
• Strong initiative
• Team player
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and/or 25 lbs. regularly during a ten-hour shift.
• Ability to regularly stand and walk during a ten-hour shift.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch during a ten-hour shift.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.
