Summary of Responsibilities:
Updates and maintains the applicant tracking and onboarding systems for Western & Southern Life. Identifies areas of improvement and implements solutions within these systems. Works with some supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalating to Manager when necessary and updating Manager on a regular basis.
