Recruits, interviews and makes job offers to qualified applicants for open positions throughout Western Reserve Hospital. Provides support to manager for human resources and employee relations issues. Develops recruitment strategies and future staffing plans and provides hospital-wide assistance related to staffing and job placement needs.

Schedule: 36 hours/week

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30a - 4:00p
• Friday: 8:00a - 12:00p

Education and Training

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration or a related field. Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with 5 years of recruiting experience.
• Clinical licensure preferred.

Experience

• Two (2) to four (4) years experience recruiting candidates;
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills required
• Must have and maintain technical computer skills
