This position will be responsible for the overall management of the DHHR treatment program as well as facilitating treatment of individuals referred to the program.

• Receive DHHR referrals and conduct screening and evaluation of the participants.
• Facilitate referral process and eligibility determinations.
• Monitor and coordinate services to all DHHR clients.
• Act as a liaison between treatment providers, community agencies, and court.
• Facilitate weekly staffing and case presentations.
• Facilitate overall coordination and collaboration of service providers.
• Obtain urine specimens for drug screening according to preestablished standards and protocols.
• Process the specimen and related paperwork.
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
• Answer telephones, maintain logs, create files, file, maintain accurate records of participant activities/treatment.
• Provide updates to DHHR case managers.
• Perform any other job responsibilities deemed necessary.

Requirements:-

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (ex. Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology).

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Two (2) years of previous experience with DHHR helpful
