We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Technician to join our team. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote or in-person
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and implement solutions
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware systems and components
- Proficiency in operating systems as Windows 7, 10 ,11.
- Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
