Since 1971 Western Montana Mental Health Center (WMMHC) has been the center of community partnership in the 15 counties we serve across western Montana. Job Summary:
Come join our diverse team of licensed clinicians in a thriving community mental health setting. We are seeking creative, strengths-focused clinicians who believe in the importance of wellness in regards to behavioral health, and a person with a desire to help people reach their full potential. The PACT team is a multidisciplinary team of individuals meeting clients where they are at.
At WMMHC, our treatment is guided by a core philosophy: Treat to Outcome, which means that we are committed to positive treatment outcomes for our clients throughout the entire recovery process. Clinicians are given the opportunity to provide evidence-based treatments to clients of all ages seeking care for mental illness (SDMI/SED), substance abuse disorder, and crisis services. Our clinicians work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of medication management providers, care coordinators, and support staff to provide effective interventions and mutual support to one another while treating those who seek our care. Our goal is always to provide the best possible behavioral health services to the community while creating a supportive atmosphere for our staff.
WMMHC Pact Therapist's primary responsibilities include providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, crisis counseling, treatment planning, progress monitoring, maintaining clinical documentation, care coordination, and support services for a diverse caseload experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or personal needs. The PACT team has the ability to meet the clients where they are in the community.

The mission of the Western Montana Mental Health Center is to offer comprehensive health services to individuals and families in our communities that improve access, health, economic and social outcomes. Western Montana Mental Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Healthy Montana Kids Plus, Healthy Montana Kids (CHIP), most... health insurance, and payment based on a sliding fee.
