CABINET FINISHER - HELPER

The pay range for this position depends on experience and skills starting anywhere from $18 - $24/hr. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PAINTER AND PRODUCTION SPRAYER

Our Finishers/Sprayers are some of the most talented employees on our team. You would help us with wood finishing using pigmented and dye stains, as well as solid lacquers, and poly finishes. Our employees use air applied and wipe-on stains and their expertise to match tones.

As a FINISH Production Sprayer, you play an essential role in helping us finish the products with:

Using your artistic ability to match stain tones;

Match tones of finish to samples and provides tonal continuity throughout the entire project;

Smooth (scuff-sand) and prepare surfaces for painting;

Read work order and/or blueprint drawings.

Understand and have the ability to perform the finishing process unique to each product/work order.

Order Materials and maintain stock.

Understand different types of lumbers and veneers.

Create one-of-a-kind samples.
