Come join Western Iowa Networks’ fun talented group! WIN is looking for a Sales Consultant with excellent customer service skills to join our cellular department in Carroll, Iowa.

A successful candidate will have the following attributes:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Computer experience is crucial.
As a Sales Consultant you will provide excellent customer service to our cellular customer base. You will be responsible for keeping our customers connected with the latest and greatest cellular phones, connected devices and plans. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting the company’s cellular services provided and related technology.
Additional Information:
· Pre-Employment Drug Screen required.
· Satisfactory Background Check required.
