This General Liability Claims position handles moderate to complex commercial claims. Many are Attorney Repped.
In the position you will:

• Analyze coverage
• Coordinate an investigation of all facts
• Compose and send reservation of Rights of Letters
• Make determination of liability
• Settle all claims within your authority

E&S exp preferred, Must be licensed and analytical thinker.
