Western International Gas Cylinders is Hiring a Custodian - Berwick Near Berwick, PA
This position will be performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, bending, squatting, stooping, and handling of various cleaning materials and equipment. Candidates must have the ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects. Able to lift over 60 lbs.
Primary responsibilities include but not limited to:
Dusting and/ or cleaning the walls, windowsills, ledges, blinds, and bookshelves.
Sweeping the floor.
Mopping the floor.
Vacuuming carpet floors.
Clean all glass (windows, mirrors, glass tables, etc.).
Emptying the trash and replacing the bag.
Sanitizing doorknobs.
Sinks scrubbed.
Toilets cleaned and disinfected.
Replacing toilet paper and paper towels if needed.
Cleaning of the break room.
Cleaning small appliances in the break room.
Wiping down tables.
Sanitizing phones and headsets.
The position will be required to wear nomex uniforms and steel toed boots.
