Job Purpose:

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the forefront of the industry, utilizing the latest technology and digital tools to optimize operations and drive efficiency. From receiving and organizing shipments to preparing orders for shipment, you'll make a real impact on our team's success. Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive products from various companies, with a primary focus on UPS and LTL shipments.
• Pull sales and production orders accurately and efficiently.
• Interact with customers for will calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery required for the transportation of heavy items within the warehouse.
• Organize and restock products to maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, following safety guidelines.
• Provide regular updates to the supervisor regarding inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Assist customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on product information, uses, and industry trends to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record 
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and commitment to performing duties accurately and efficiently.
• Proficiency in operating basic warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Pays close attention to detail, a skill essential in identifying order discrepancies & product deficiencies
• Able to work independently or in a team environment
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various temperature conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
