Description

Responsible for facility maintenance, equipment installation/repair, janitorial, and property upkeep. The Facility Maintenance Engineer ensures that buildings, walkways, and common areas throughout the property are maintained to project standards. 

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Repairs throughout the property (painting, hanging, patching, installation, etc.)

· Property upkeep (power washing walkways and pool deck, janitorial needs, parking lot, etc.)

· Weed whacking

· Tree and shrub trimming

· Use of small handheld power tools such leaf blowers, drills, etc.

• Must be 18 years or older
• Punctual and reliable
• Exceptional grooming habits, maintaining clean and complete uniform as designated by Management
• Required to be available for work on all major holidays.
• Must regularly lift and move up to 65-pounds

Physical, Environmental, Cognitive, and Social Requirements:

• Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, grasping, and standing for long periods of time. This role operates outdoors, exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions (hot and cold), and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Frequently required to stoop, bend, crouch, squat climb, kneel, in and out of golf picker, and twist at the neck and waist, reach above and below shoulder level, push and pull when retrieving, storing, and moving golf bags; use dominate hand and fingers to feel and grasp, push and pull and for find manipulation to detail carts, clean clubs and use two-way radios.
