Roles & Responsibilities

For this position, day-to-day responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:

• Generate, receive, qualify and quote customer inquiries for orders via phone/email.
• Ability to develop new customers as well as maintain the customer service needed for current customers.
• Focus on new customers, Fabricators, OEM’s, etc..
• Work with Penn’s outside sales team to determine growth opportunities with branches that have not been active with WFF.
• Minimum of $1 million dollars of additional sales revenue in first year is expected. Consisting of new accounts and previously inactive distributors.
• Top 25 customers to be contacted once a month via phone and once each quarter in person.
• Review customer specifications and testing requirements
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Organizational multi-tasking and sales prospecting/follow up/closing abilities

Requirements:

• Candidates must reside in either: NV, ID, WA, OR, or CA.
• Previous Successful Sales Experience in Metals, Manufacturing, Valves, Fittings, Forging and Flanges
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passionate in selling products and ability to meet the sales targets.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• The ability to work independently, multi-task and manage time efficiently

Minimum Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree is desired
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Outside Sales
• Some Metal Industry Experience is desired
• Knowledgeable in, Forges, Flanges, and Manufacturing
