RWTLCS is seeking an Asset Coordinator to join our team!

Tasks:

• Recording and updating tracking for Replacement Tags all Assets.
• Coordinating Installation of Toll passes and Tags for Units on Yard.
• Properly maintaining communication channels with “Make Ready” to ensure plates have been ordered prior to Transition days.
• Printing DOT Forms and replacement registrations as needed.
• Maintaining record of Sale trucks for use when Filing 2290 tax form.
• Setting up permit account for new units as necessary.
• Answering and update all Company/Contractor Questions regarding Toll passes, permits and licenses.
• Communicating with site and off site shops to ensure replacement plates/converted plates have been installed.
• Verify charges to tolls and remit payment request.
• Submit applications for registration in Oklahoma or Maine.
• Assign Toll pass transponders to Units.
• Building and maintaining updated inventory status on all Units in AS400 and TMT.
• Register and submit Oklahoma Corporation commission application. Once Processed and checks have been cut, Travel to OCCC offices to pick up Plates and cab Cards.
• Obtaining registration quotes and submitting payment once approved. This may include often “shopping around” for other quotes if the amount/estimated date of completion do not meet timeline.
• Reviewing Bill of Sales and MSO’s for accuracy. May include contacting Place of purchase for corrections.

Annual Tasks:

• Maintaining Records of IFTA Decal and Annual Permit Book installation and distribution.
• Compiling and preparing Annual Oklahoma Tag registration and Interstate permits for payment.
• File 2290 Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax and maintain records.

AD HOC Tasks

• Processing Title Registration, State Registration for purchased Vehicles.
• Communicating with drivers to ensure all required documents are always in Unit.
•  Setting up Blue Beacon Washes for New and Current Drivers.
