Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Splicer to join our team. As a Splicer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to splicing and maintaining telecommunications cables. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform splicing and termination of fiber optic cables
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks
- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment
- Operate bucket trucks and forklifts to access elevated work areas
- Assist with heavy equipment operation as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in splicing and terminating fiber optic cables
- Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and telecommunications equipment
- Ability to operate bucket trucks and forklifts safely
- Proficient in low voltage wiring techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
