Delivery Driver

We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Learn material styles, sizes, length, etc.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Most deliveries will be HAND UNLOADED
• When deliveries are slow work in other departments will be mandatory

Skills

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Valid professional driver’s license
• Ability to operate forklifts and navigate traffic conditions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good driving record with no traffic violations
• High school degree
• Capacity to learn quickly and efficiently
• Lift 50 lb

*Initial compensation determined by relevant work experience*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Day range:

• Monday to Friday

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Port Charlotte, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
