Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate through established crews various landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns as needed
- Oversee and coordinate planting and maintenance of flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Install and repair irrigation systems
- Build and maintain landscape structures such as paver patios and pathways, retaining walls, water features, fountains and fences
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues with the landscape maintenace crews commercial and residential operations
- Assist with groundskeeping duties including litter removal and debris cleanup
- Provide leadership and guidance to other team members
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices
- Experience in lawn care, garden maintenance, and tree care
- Proficient in operating landscaping tools and heavy equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
