Asphalt Plant (Portable) Foreman 

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant and plant equipment while providing nothing less than quality workmanship. We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual that is hard working and safety conscious. This is a supervisor position where you will be responsible for but not limited to, the supervision of a plant crew, plus the operation and maintenance of company equipment. This is a full-time position in a fast paced, high production environment. You must be dependable and on time to work each day while willing to work flexible hours that will include weekends and nights as necessary. 

Requirements:

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Must successfully pass an employment drug screening.
• Must be committed to working in a safe environment while maintaining a safe working culture.
• Must be self-motivated as you are expected to work independently at times and in a team environment. 
• Must be willing to work flexible hours that include days, nights and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to frequently perform physical tasks daily.
• Extensive travel following mobile asphalt operations required.
