Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Brewery Packaging Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Packaging Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging processes. From cleaning kegs to assisting on the canning line, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute directly to the success of our operation.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize kegs to prepare them for filling.

- Assist with operating and maintaining the canning line, ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of our beers.

- Fill bulk packaging containers such as bottles, kegs, and cans according to production schedules and quality standards.

- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and sanitation.

- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

- Work collaboratively with other brewery team members to achieve production goals and uphold quality standards.

- Assist with general brewery duties as needed, including but not limited to ingredient handling, cellar work, and facility maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a brewery or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 150 pounds) and stand for extended periods.

- Basic understanding of brewing processes and equipment is a plus.
