Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as Work Zone Installers. As a Work Zone Installer, you will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining work zones and traffic control devices to ensure the safety of workers, motorists, and pedestrians in various construction and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install and remove traffic control devices, including cones, signs, barricades, and flashing lights, according to established safety standards and regulations.
• Set up work zones to guide and direct traffic around construction areas, ensuring the safety of both workers and the public.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and minimize risks on the job site.

Requirements:

• Possess a current Work Zone Installer Certification.
• Ability to lift to 20 lbs., bend, turn, twist, and stoop as needed to perform job duties.
• Knowledge of traffic control devices and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Mindfulness and a commitment to safety.
• Must have reliable transportation to work each day.
• Be willing to learn and have a “Can Do attitude.”
• Willingness to supervise a team of traffic control technicians.
• Excellent communication skills
