Job Description:

*Residential installation and troubleshooting of Zona Communications Services.

(Data/Internet Telephony)

Typical day includes 3 or 4 customer interactions; this includes troubleshooting, site surveys, installing equipment and educating new customers on their Zona Communications services.

• Verify supplies and equipment needed for your day
• Contacting customer letting them know you are on way to their home.
• After making contact review order with customer; Trouble call or Install orders.
• Complete all necessary work to customer’s expectations and review with customer.
• Customer education on the new services/ Trouble calls explain what you did to fix the problem, or any follow up that is needed.
• Notate account with detailed notes on work completed and any important communications between you can customer.
• Clean-up site be sure no hazards, and no equipment left behind.

Must always maintain professional and positive attitude even under extreme or stressful situations

This is a very basic description and the normal day to day is never the same due to the nature of the business. You will always be challenged and meet new diverse people throughout your workday.

Requirements:

• Honest, hardworking and reliable
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Able to pass extensive background check and drug screening
• Valid State Driver’s License and good driving record
• Current Insurance
• Truck or SUV able to carry ladders and tools
• Cell Phone that has data service/
• Able to work; days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Compensation:

• $75.00 for each install base pay
• Additional pay for additional work / Wallfish/ Drop to home/ ETC
• Weekly Gas allowance
• 1000 to 1500 weekly possible
• Work Schedule Monday thru Friday or Tuesday thru Saturday
