Job Responsibilities, Duties and Requirements

· Ensure thorough safety and mechanical vehicle inspections are completed and documented

· Perform maintenance services thoroughly and safely

· Recommend additional repairs and services as needed

· Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy

· Communicate directly with the service consultants on vehicle’s needed repairs and maintenance

· Maintain technical capabilities to ensure proficient and safe use of tools and equipment

· Maintain factory and ASE training as pertinent to your position

· Desire to learn and progress

· Technical / Trade School training a plus

· Valid driver’s license

· Properly diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturers and dealers specifications

· Properly follow manufacturer’s repair procedures

· Conduct a wide variety of diagnosis and repairs on all vehicle systems

· Provide accurate and complete repair estimates to the service consultants

· Working knowledge of shop equipment and tools

·ASE certifications a plus

Experience:

• Automotive repair: 1 year (Preferred)
