Established, Reputable Dealer Group is seeking an energentic, motivated, service advisor to join our team.
- 3 years of Service Advisor and/or customer service experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and an ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Understand that the business is built on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
- Personal CSI scores meet or exceed the region average
- Reynolds&Reynolds experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
