Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technicians and Housekeepers to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping tasks to ensure the cleanliness of new move ins and our facilities. These are both full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing faulty equipment, fixtures, and systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on equipment and systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve cleanliness issues
- Perform daily cleaning and janitorial tasks such as preparing vacant apartments for move in and ensuring the clubhouse is clean and tidy

Experience:
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
