Patient Services Representative
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from patients
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with healthcare providers
- Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
- Verifying patient information and insurance details
- Collecting co-pays and processing payments
- Assisting with patient registration and updating medical records
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient concerns or complaints
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
