Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:
- Analyze client needs and schedule appointments accordingly
- Coordinate with clients to confirm appointment details
- Enter appointment information accurately into the system
- Make outbound calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments and to generate additional appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a professional and friendly phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management
- Assist with sales efforts by promoting additional services during appointment scheduling

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
