Loaner Car Coordinator
Full-Time Opportunity
Monday – Wednesday - 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Thursday - OFF
Friday – 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday - OFF

Job Description & Duties:

• Maintain accurate registration and inspection records for the loaner fleet vehicles at all times.
• Ensure continuous availability of all vehicles for loan purposes.
• Regularly inspect and monitor vehicle conditions, conducting repairs and maintenance according to schedule.
• Ensure that all loaner vehicles are covered by an accurate and up-to-date loaner contract when loaned out.
• Monitor and inspect to ensure all non-contracted vehicles are present and ready for loan.
• Conduct daily reviews of open loaner contracts to ensure agreements do not exceed 25 days.
• Establish and maintain a reporting and record-keeping system for warranty reimbursement from loaner agreements within the warranty department.
• Provide weekly reports on aged loaner agreements to management to minimize customer loan duration and maximize warranty reimbursement per vehicle each month.

• Assist with drop-off/pick-up of loaner vehicles for VIP guests when necessary.
• Implement and maintain a daily process with valets to ensure loaner vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each loan and immediately upon return, ready for the next guest.
• Provide backup and support to the team in completing daily loaner agreements and processing.
• Responsible for managing tickets and toll collections on all loaner vehicles, ensuring all tolls and tickets are collected and followed up on until resolved.
• Maintain accurate fleet records in the TSD system, including monthly review and comparison of the on/off fleet log with TSD listed vehicles. Accounting for loaner fleet details can be provided by the accounting department.
• Positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in telephone and internet sales is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and effective time management skills.
• Proficiency in active listening and the ability to ask insightful questions to understand and address client concerns.
• Friendly demeanor and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Enjoyment of collaborative teamwork and self-motivation.
