We are looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator.
This position answers incoming calls from customers looking to schedule a service appointment.
Monday through Friday.
We can train the right person.

This position will call customers to notify when they are due for service, appointment confirmations, and safety recall notifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receive inbound calls and internet leads and follow up with clients.
- Communicate with the prospective service clients until they are ready to set an appointment and visit the dealership to service the vehicle.
- Obtain customer information and update customer files.
- Maintain a dealership standard for low response time.
- Set up service appointments with all customers with the focus that all customers are prospective long-term customers.
- Advise customers of parts ordered and make an appointment to have them installed.

- Computer & Internet skills preferred
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Team-oriented
- A great attitude!
- Customer service skills a plus.
