Westborough Country Club is a prestigious private country club with one of the most authentic Memberships in the St. Louis Area.

We are also willing to train inexperienced workers who have a passion to work hard.

The successful candidates will be coached by one of our outstanding year-round staff throughout the season. Your training will include video, demonstrative, and hands on training to be able to become a valuable Member of our Grounds Crew.

The unique golf course maintenance skills you learn will be of high value to you as your career progresses whether it be at Westborough or beyond.

We have employees with exceptional work ethics and expect nothing less from the people who we select to join our staff. We are seeking people that wish to be part of a team that is poised to provide our members with the best golf course conditions in the St.

Louis area. You will be challenged to work hard and will be provided the tools you need for success. Our year round staff has many seasoned veterans, however if a year round position was to open up the most qualified seasonal team member would be considered for the role.

All high performing staff will be invited to return to our Club the following year. We will provide you with uniforms, and an excellent nutritious lunch each day.

Successful candidates will receive a starting pay of $12 to $14 per hour based on experience and be recognized with incentives for excellent performance.
