Westaff is looking for a Inventory Control Supervisor for a local manufacturing facility. Pay is $50k-$70k depending on experience! Please read the requirements before applying.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent with work related experience in inventory control, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• 2-5 years’ relative work experience required.
• Knowledge of systems such as PowerHouse or other WMS is required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four plus years’ experience in a Warehouse with at least 2 years as an Inventory Control Supervisory role
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
• Experience working in the Food &/or Beverage industry or other regulated industry with high-quality standards.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Forklift experience.

Some Responsibilities

• Manage ingredients, packaging materials, and finished good inventory.
• Coordinate material transfers between two warehouses.
• Needs to assist in managing FIFO, proper documentation, and other Safety Quality Food (SQF) requirements.
• Regular cycle counting inventory according to prescribed criteria.
• Manage the monthly Inventory reconciliation, shipment generation, and order shipment processes.
