Salary: $15 per hour, variable hours, part time position at 1000 hours annually

Nature of Work:

The Video and Multimedia Content Creator's role entails crafting diverse video and

graphic materials to enhance the organization's initiatives around promoting farmers

markets. Responsibilities include generating videos for poultry demonstrations and

workshops, reels, shorts, and social media content, and undertaking additional graphic

design tasks when necessary. This project-oriented position aims to produce a total of

100 content items over the span of one year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and produce educational and promotional video content, including planning,

filming, and editing.

- Create graphics and design materials for print and digital platforms.

- Manage content creation from concept to completion, ensuring all materials meet

quality and brand standards.

- Collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas and strategies for content.

- Travel to various locations as required for video shoots and project fulfillment.

- Perform related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills: - Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop,

Illustrator, Canva).

- Experience in producing video content for various platforms, including social media.

- Ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and organizational abilities.

Additional Requirements:

- Must have a reliable internet connection and equipment for remote work and video

editing. A vlogging camera and accessories will be provided.

- Ability to travel as needed for video production.

- Physical ability to handle video equipment and stand for extended periods during

shoots.

- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Educational Qualifications:

- A degree in journalism, communications, multimedia, agriculture, or a related field is

preferred but not required.
