This includes assisting with distributing and collecting registration, sharing information on social media summer opportunitites, 1 day opening / closing site, training dates (if required) and Summer Celebration (TBD)
SALARY : $225.00 per day (paid for days worked) total of 35 days
QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum High School Diploma; 4-Year College degree or accepted into a college credited academic program
Job Description :
- Oversee the Implementation of STC Summer Boost Program : With input from school administrators and distribute and collect enrollment forms for participation in summer programming.
- Meet requirements of the respective grants
- Collaborate with administrators and partners
- Develop and monitor schedules,
- Report immediately any concerns to Summer Program Principal
- Request supplies
- Prepare weekly public relations correspondences
- Other duties as assigned
- Work with program staff (if applicable) to organize children into groups of fifteen based on grade levels, reading levels and behavior management concerns
- Communicate regularly with the Program Specialist
- Ensure that all children have been contacted within first week of program start date to confirm enrollment in the program.
- Assist program staff in engaging / supporting families.
- Facilitate incentive programs developed for children and families.
- Complete a weekly Planning Template to outline specific practices and activities to be conducted throughout each week.
