Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Pay Scale : $18.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on skills, experience, performance and on going training attendance.

Work Hours : 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, with 1 hour lunch; alternating on call schedule to cover 24 / 7 emergency service; some weekends and evenings

Primary Job Function : To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training, inventory, and area needs.

Reports to : Service Manager

Required Qualifications :

Universal EPA Certification

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.

Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience making repair and replace decisions.

5 years experience working on chillers and or 25 ton commercial HVAC equipment.

Advanced customer service skills.

Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
