We are looking for a porter for our service department.

Duties will include moving customer vehicles safely, monitoring service driveways, parking lots, keeping service drives clean from debris, greeting customers upon arrival, and providing great customer service.

Must have current driver’s license and great driving record.

Main responsibility

• Providing pick-up and delivery service for customer vehicles
• Maintaining a clean and professional look (khakis and a collared shirt)
• Applicant should be technologically inclined (you will be using an app.

to perform pick up and deliveries)

You will be the First and Last person our guests see.

We need a people person for friendly greeting and professional re-delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct and greet customers entering our service lane.
• Test Batteries with handheld tester
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Deliver and retrieve vehicles to / from our property locations or to / from local area vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Monitoring service lanes, driveways, parking lots, entrances, podiums, and all other parking areas to keep the grounds neat and organized.
• Other duties as maybe assigned by Service Director

Qualifications

• Able to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
• Able to perform moderate physical labor.
• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug testing
