General Building Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing fixtures, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
Assist in the coordination of larger repair projects with external contractors as needed.

Cleaning:Ensure cleanliness and sanitation throughout the building.
Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas.

Odd Jobs Around the Shop:Handle miscellaneous tasks and odd jobs as assigned by the supervisor.
Assist in organizing and maintaining storage areas.

Grounds Maintenance:Assist with outdoor maintenance tasks such as trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal.
Keep outdoor areas clean and presentable.

Safety and Compliance:Follow safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance and cleaning duties.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in building maintenance and cleaning preferred.
• Ability to perform general maintenance tasks and handle basic repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a truck is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
