West Nashville Wrecker Service is Hiring a Light Duty Wrecker Driver Near Nashville, TN

Our team provides support and help to our drivers no matter the situation! We are the best of the best in towing and recovery, we pride ourselves on being the most reliable towing service in Nashville!

We are looking for experienced light duty wrecker drivers who are willing to learn and work hard. Our compensation is based off the amount of work you decide to put in, so if you are looking to work the opportunity is huge. As the trusted provider of many in the Nashville area we are consistently busy, this provides great opportunity for drivers!

Job Summary

  • Answering calls from dispatch about customer/client location and ETA
  • Pre-tripping and post-tripping your truck daily using our inspection app
  • Taking payment via credit/debit card using a company issued card reader
  • Driving light duty towing vehicles
  • Towing light duty vehicles while following standard procedure and safety policies
  • Interacting with customers/clients in a professional manner
  • Turning in your uniforms weekly for dry cleaning
  • Showing up to work every day with a clean uniform and following personal hygiene standards to look as professional as possible for our customers/clients
  • Taking photos of the vehicles you tow before and after they are loaded onto your truck and uploading them to out system (TOPS) to document the condition of the vehicle while it was in our care

Requirements

  • 3 years of towing experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Knowledge of the TOPS system (preferred, but not required)
  • Knowledge of the Clover Go app and card reader (preferred, but not required)
  • Valid Wrecker Permit (preferred, but not required. If you do not have one we will help you get one)
  • Valid DOT medical card
  • At least 25 years old (for insurance purposes)

  • Drop & hook

Trucking route:

  • Regional (Middle Tennessee and surrounding areas)

While also serving everyday customers who call us when they need a tow. We offer a range of towing and recovery services, including light, medium, and heavy duty towing, as well as equipment hauling and HAZMAT cleanup. We are a drug free workplace, You must be able to pass a drug test and background check to be employed by us.
