Assistant Manager manages overall store operation and the achievement of company goals and directives. We have several levels of Assistant Manager, each with increasing responsibilities for store operations.

Duties & Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Ensure a positive, professional and safe work environment for all associates.
• Responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Work with Store Manager and Assistant Managers on all aspects of running the store.
• Operate forklift to unload deliveries (after training and certification)
• Maintain inventory accuracy at all times by cycle counting and monthly audits.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 60lbs) and climbing.
• Handle customer complains. Work to resolve the problems with the customer and have the stores' best interest taken into consideration.
• Oversee all cashiering functions including training, maintenance, audits and reports.
• Greet customers entering throughout the store, provide a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
