West Haven Center is seeking a PRN Certified Therapy Occupational Assistant (COTA) to join the team in West Haven, CT. for overflow, vacation, and weekends. Great opportunity to join a progressive in-house therapy team. Responsibilities:
- administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
- Assure all treatment is delivered following an established plan of care
- Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
- Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
- Complete required forms and documentation following company policy and state/federal regulations
