Seeking an enthusiastic, Friendly patient care coordinator/ Insurance specialist for a modern practice focusing on Family, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. All digital paperless office. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, punctual employee with a great team attitude and be a self starter! This position is available immediately.

Hours are Monday-Thursday minimum requirement 4 days/week

Optional Friday, and one Saturday/month

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining/Scheduling Provider's Appointments
• Checking insurances and sending Treatment plans to patients
• Collecting copays
• Checking patients in and out
• A/R report- Patient balance report and Insurance aging report
• Unscheduled Treatment follow up
• NP - follow up
• Meet monthly goals
• Day to day office maintenance and follow up with emails and patient/referring doctor correspondence.

Experience:

Front Desk/Receptionist 5 years

Skills:
