Duties:
- Plan and deliver educational lessons to students in a classroom setting
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a productive classroom atmosphere
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to develop and implement educational programs
- Utilize technology and other resources to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE BIRTH - 2ND DISABILITY CERTIFICATE
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting
- Knowledge of education administration and best practices in teaching
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices is a plus
- Familiarity with early childhood education and library services is beneficial
