West Fargo Park District is Hiring a Lifeguard Near Fargo, ND
Now hiring qualified Lifeguards, for our outdoor water park May-Mid August.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of the Veterans Memorial Pool for ensuring the safety and comfort of pool guests, ensuring that guests adhere to all safety rules.
- Maintain professional relationships with associates and residents and ensure compliance to all safety programs and policies of the organization. Surveillance of the pool area.
- Knowledge of all emergency procedures and respond to emergencies immediately.
- Keep the pool and pool areas clean and clear of any potential hazards, and the must be attended at all times.
Starting pay is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour DOE and the West Fargo Park District will be reimbursing $80 toward certifications and $35 towards swim suits when guards stay for the entirety of the 2023 pool season.
