Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Events team. As an Events Staff member, you will play a crucial role in the success of various events, including weddings, conferences, and specail occasions. This position is for part time employees. Hours are based on events scheduled from week to week. This position requires strong organizational skills. attention to detail, the ability to think ahead and provide exceptional customer service.

Resposibilites:

• Assisting with event set up, including arranging tables and chairs, placing tablecloths on tables, and preparing equipment and supplies
• Set up and arrange event spaces according to the clients specifications.
• Greet and direct guests upon arrival, providing them with necessary information
• Monitor event activities to ensure smooth operations and be able to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with catering staff to ensure food and beverage service runs smoothly.
• Assist with post-event clean up and breakdown.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or event planning is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and guests.
• Knowledge of catering practices, Serve Safe certified and food safety regulations is a plus.

Event staff may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending in the schedule of events.
