West Coast Sand and Gravel Plant Operator/Laborer

We are looking for dedicated worker that will work in our aggregate plant in Avondale AZ as a plant worker. The candidate will be operating equipment/working on the plant/ general laborer when needed. The candidate must be a team player. The Job will be 10 to 12 hours a day (hours can change depending on work load). Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the proper candidate. This is a full time position with some Saturday work required. Sundays we are closed. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and who are dependable.

Job Description:

-Willing to work outside 5-6 days a week
-Applicant must be willing to work outside 5-6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day
-Willing and able to work 10-12 hours a day.
5am to 5pm, but hours could vary
-Some Saturday work is required
-Must be able to lift 100 LBS.
-Must be committed to a culture of Safety.

Compensation:

$20-$28 hour depending on experience
