We are looking for a West Coast Sales Leaderto join our team. Our Sales team is responsible for selling an innovative and bundled family building benefit solution to employers. In this role, you will act as the Sales leader, and dedicated subject matter expert to increase awareness around the need for family building and women's health coverage selling into employer groups and serve as their benefits consultants, as well as manage a team of Sales reps.Your role will be to identify, pursue and close business with employers through a consultative approach with the HR/executive team as well as with their consultants. This person will be based on the West Coast and will manage a team of west coast sales reps.

Our perks:
In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $190,000 - $225,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
