Job Details
Onsite Redmond, WACW Engineering Project Coordinator IV
Responsibility:
-Coordinate with mechanical engineers, reliability engineers, tooling engineering and manufacturing engineers for the hardware product development
-Manage the external vendor for the engineering build
-Manage the BOM, material ordering, inventory tracking and logistics.
-Coordinate with TPMs to write the weekly or monthly reports
-Assist the leadership team in the documenting and communicating
-Maintain a centralized slide deck of hardware and experience demos.
Basic Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree at minimum in engineering or related majors
-3 years of Project Management/Project Coordination experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong summarizing skills and write reports for different level stakeholders
-Proficient in slide and video editing
-Experience developing hardware device
-Experience presenting and reporting to executives
-Experience writing the reports and communicating to the executives
-Experience hosting the seminar and organizing the demos
Preferred Qualifications:
-Enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, self-motivation in the fast-paced competitive environment
-Experience with hardware or software development
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong XFN and coordination skills
-Strong interpersonal skills to work with different levels of management
-Experience with shipping products
-Experience with vendor engagement
