Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Cigar Roller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hand-rolling cigars, cigarettes, cigarillos and possess a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers.

Responsibilities:

- Hand-roll cigars using traditional techniques
- Ensure each cigar meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Interact with customers and provide information about the cigar rolling process
- Upsell products and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hand-rolling cigars
- Knowledge of different types of tobacco leaves and their characteristics
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

- Sales experience, including upselling techniques
- Retail sales background
- Cash handling proficiency
- Experience with product demonstrations
- Familiarity with using cash registers

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
