WCCC is looking for a shift leader to lead our excellent customer service team. The shift lead will assist the Store Manager and Supervisors in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve store productivity goals. Shift leaders are responsible for interacting with customers, training new employees and opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our customers and guests by creating an inviting

experience.

• Educate the customer regarding our products and their effects.
• Open and close the store
• Count Budtender drawers and handle cash
• Keep display cases/floors clean and ensure all products are fully exhibited.
• Maintains the reputation of the store.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases using Flowhub.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to management.
• Upholds the security and confidentiality of customer data within area of responsibility.
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned
• Processes customer returns/exchanges
• Escalates issues to upper management
• Upholds company standards and policies

Qualifications / Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to multi-task and time management.
• Must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Must be detail oriented and take directions well.
• Must have expert knowledge of medical cannabis, related vocabulary, and product offered.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
